Bookings & Payments
- Quotes are estimates and may vary based on distance, time, traffic, tolls, ferries, wait time, or itinerary changes.
- Deposits or prepayment may be required. Final charges are processed through our booking partner, app platform, or payment provider.
- Additional fees: cleaning, damage, extra stops, wait time beyond grace period, and no-shows.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Standard: free cancellation until a cutoff shown during booking; after that, fees may apply.
- No‑shows are non‑refundable.
- Platform-specific policies (e.g., app stores/booking partner) may apply.
Service Rules
- Seatbelts are required. No smoking or vaping in vehicles.
- Alcohol is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law and vehicle type.
- We may refuse service to ensure safety or for policy violations.
Delays & Liability
- We strive for on‑time service but are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, or events beyond our control.
- Lost items: contact us; we are not responsible for personal property left in vehicles.
Airport & Base Access
- Allow sufficient time for pickups for flights or security checkpoints.
- Access to restricted areas (e.g., NAS Whidbey) is subject to base rules and clearance.
